NFL Week 6: How to watch, live stream the Patriots and Jets on CBS All Access

Want to watch the NFL on CBS but don’t have cable? CBS All Access has partnered with the NFL so you can stream local market games each Sunday to your computer, tablet or OTT device. It’s a concerted effort to allow viewers to watch football wherever they’re at, all without needing a cable or satellite subscription (or even a television) in your local market.

Obviously CBS All Access is about more than streaming football (although it doesn’t have to be). For as low as $5.99 a month, the service allows subscribers to stream hundreds of hit shows. The real benefit, however, lies in being able to watch CBS live wherever you are. If you got roped into a wedding, you’re stuck at a baby shower or you’re just a good mom or dad and want to be at your kid’s soccer game on Sunday, you can stream games directly to your tablet or laptop.

Patriots vs. Jets on CBS All Access

In what might be the weirdest words ever typed, this Week 6 game between the Patriots and Jets will decide who will remain at least tied for first in the AFC East. The Patriots have fallen on hard times (by Patriots standards), and an injury to star quarterback Tom Bradyin spite of him planning to play — won’t make things any easier. The Jets are on a three-game winning streak, one they’re looking to extend against their division rivals, but doing so will be no easy feat.

The Jets’ defense has proven to be the difference. Brady hasn’t been the issue, but rather, the Patriots defense has. Still last in the league in total passing defense, the Patriots barely escaped with a win against the Buccaneers in Week 5, and it took a few missed field goals from Nick Folk to make that win possible. The Jets, meanwhile, aren’t winning pretty, but they’re winning after an 0-2 start and predictions that they would go 0-16. .A win against the rival Patriots could define their season.
